This site exists for one reason: so you can contact us. That is all it does. There is no account to create, no login, and no member area.
Because of that, the website itself does not collect or hold any information about you.
Nothing. There is no tracking, no analytics tool, and no advertising code on this site. We do not use cookies to follow you around.
When you simply read a page, nothing about you is recorded by us.
Once you send it, the message is no longer on this website. It is now an ordinary WhatsApp message or an ordinary email, sitting with us or with WhatsApp and your email provider.
From that point on it is handled like any other client communication we receive, and the normal rules apply:
When you fill in the form and press submit, the details you type are sent to a service called Web3Forms, which forwards them to us by email.
We use that service because this website has no server of its own. It is a third party, and it does receive the information you enter. We would rather tell you that plainly now than have you find out later.
Once it reaches us it is an ordinary client enquiry, and the same rules apply. We use it to respond to you and to carry out the work you ask for. We keep records for as long as the law requires, and no longer.
If you would rather message us directly, the WhatsApp button opens a chat on your own phone or computer. That message travels from your device to us through WhatsApp, and this website is not involved in it at all.
WhatsApp, Gmail, Outlook and similar services are run by other companies, not by us. They keep their own copies and have their own privacy policies, which govern how the message is handled on their side. We do not control that.
The same applies to the LinkedIn and Instagram pages we link to. If you contact us there, their policies apply.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. If we are not legally required to keep it, we will delete it.
You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.
This site is meant for business enquiries. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If anything here is unclear, or you want to exercise any of the rights above, contact us through the enquiry form and we will explain it in plain terms.
If we update this page, the new version replaces this one. The date at the top always tells you which version you are reading.
Ask us before you decide anything. We will explain how a term applies to you, in plain language.
